ERP Manager

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Project Manager to lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, strong leadership skills, and proven experience in managing cross-functional teams across the software development life cycle. This role requires a hands-on approach to risk management, project tracking, stakeholder coordination, and quality assurance to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

· Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, define project scope, allocate resources, and set realistic timelines.

· Technical Leadership: Offer technical guidance and oversight to development, QA, and design teams throughout the project lifecycle.

· Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and issues; develop and implement mitigation strategies.

· Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, manage expectations, and resolve project-related concerns.

· Team Collaboration: Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely project execution.

· Project Monitoring: Monitor progress against plans, identify deviations, and initiate corrective actions as needed.

· Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet the defined quality standards and functional requirements.

Skills & Competencies Required:

· Technical Expertise: Proficiency in software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum, and tools like Jira, Asana, or similar.

· Programming Knowledge: Familiarity with programming languages and frameworks such as Java, React JS, Spring, JPA, and MySQL.

· Project Management: In-depth understanding of project management frameworks and risk management techniques.

· Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical information for non-technical stakeholders.

· Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and motivate team members toward successful project delivery.

· Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in technical project management with a successful track record of managing end-to-end software projects.

Nice to Have:

· Cloud Proficiency: Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

· DevOps Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, and modern DevOps practices.

· Certifications: Relevant certifications such as PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent project management credentials.
