Key Responsibilities: 1. Administrative & Calendar Management - Manage the Chairperson’s schedule, appointments, and meetings, ensuring efficient time management. - Coordinate travel arrangements (domestic and international) including flights, hotels, and itineraries. - Handle emails, calls, and correspondence, prioritizing urgent matters. - Maintain confidential records and documents. 2. Meeting Coordination & Documentation - Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and action items for board meetings, executive meetings, and external engagements. - Ensure timely follow-ups on decisions and action points. - Conduct research and compile briefing notes before meetings. 3. Communication & Stakeholder Management - Act as the point of contact between the President Designate and internal/external stakeholders. - Draft letters, reports, presentations, and business proposals. - Facilitate communication with board members, investors, government officials, and senior executives. 4. Event & Protocol Management - Plan and coordinate corporate events, leadership summits, and networking functions. - Ensure proper protocol and etiquette in high-level meetings. 5. Miscellaneous -Flexibility to provide support including planning and logistics at short notice based on criticality on the situation -Research and compile relevant information for President Designate's decision-making process -Any tasks that may be part of the profile for the existing EA Qualifications & Skills- 1. Education & Experience - Master's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field. - 10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or in a similar role supporting C-suite executives. 2. Skills & Competencies - Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & calendar management tools. -Meticulous approach to ensure accuracy in all tasks. - Ability to anticipate needs and take action without constant supervision. -Maintain a polished and professional demeanor in all interactions. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced executive environment. _Ready to travel for various assignments nationally and internationally.
