ERP Manager

Role Overview: As an ERP Manager at DEK & Mavericks Green Energy Ltd, your primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth functioning and continuous improvement of the company's ERP system. This involves managing functional aspects, training end-users, coordinating with the ERP technical team, and driving the adoption of new features in line with organizational requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day ERP operations, user access, and functional modules such as Finance, HR, Procurement, Inventory, and Projects. - Monitor ERP usage to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company policies. - Troubleshoot user issues and resolve functional problems in coordination with the ERP technical team. - Conduct regular ERP training sessions for new and existing employees. - Create and maintain user manuals, SOPs, and quick reference guides for ERP modules. - Ensure effective adoption of ERP features across departments by addressing usage gaps. - Act as a bridge between business users and the ERP technical/development team. - Gather business requirements for new features, enhancements, or modifications. - Test and validate new developments before deployment. - Identify areas for process automation and ERP optimization. - Develop reports and dashboards to assist management in decision-making. - Ensure proper data management, backups, and adherence to IT/ERP policies. Qualification Required: - Strong knowledge of ERP systems. - Experience in ERP module configuration and functional testing. - Proficiency in report writing and using ERP analytical tools.
