ERP Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled ERP Consultant with hands-on experience in In4Suite or In4Velocity ERP systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting ERP solutions to streamline business processes across various functions, including finance, inventory, sales, and production.

Experience: Minimum 4 years in ERP implementation/support

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and customize In4Suite / In4Velocity ERP modules according to business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and recommend ERP best practices.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for ERP issues, ensuring smooth system operations.
• Conduct ERP training sessions for end-users and prepare documentation for processes.
• Assist in data migration, system upgrades, and integration with other enterprise systems.
• Participate in ERP testing, go-live, and post-implementation support activities.
• Generate reports and dashboards using In4Suite / In4Velocity ERP tools to support management decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience with In4Suite or In4Velocity ERP implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of business processes in finance, inventory, sales, and production.
• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize ERP workflows.
• Excellent communication and training skills for end-user adoption.
• Knowledge of ERP data migration, integration, and reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.

Preferred:

• ERP certification in In4Suite / In4Velocity.
• Experience in ERP project management and business process reengineering.
