ERP Manager

As an ERP Program Manager at our company, you will be responsible for managing and delivering large and complex ERP engagements to identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions. Your role will involve managing engagement risk, project economics, planning and budgeting, and accounts receivable. You will collaborate with senior managers to optimize business processes, enhance IT system performance, and deploy suitable ERP solutions. Your extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure will be crucial in resolving integration issues and ensuring streamlined business processes and efficient human resources management. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and deliver large and complex ERP engagements - Identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions - Collaborate with senior managers to optimize business processes - Enhance the performance of IT systems and deploy suitable ERP solutions - Resolve integration issues and ensure streamlined business processes - Manage engagement risk, project economics, planning, and budgeting Qualifications: - BE (IT) or BSc (IT) degree - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Time management skills - Knowledge of database systems - Supervisory ability - Working knowledge of information technology infrastructure - Prior practical work experience in managing large-scale project management - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (added advantage) In this role, you will need to effectively disseminate crucial information about the organization's ERP initiative, including ROI, financial predictions, and database migration processes. You will also be responsible for training staff, preparing reports for management and other IT professionals, and engaging with organization stakeholders. Strong supervisory and management abilities are essential as you will oversee other IT professionals and lead large-scale projects such as data migration and integrity. Your close attention to detail and ability to see the broader picture will be valuable assets in meeting challenges with enthusiasm and working collaboratively across departments.
