Job Description

Collaborate with department leaders (finance, operations, manufacturing, sales) to align ERP capabilities with business processes.
Monitor system upgrades, patches, integrations, and ensure data integrity and system performance.
Oversee integration with other systems, (e.g., CRM, WMS, BiTools) via web services or middleware.
Develop and deliver user training and support to ensure effective system usage.
Ensure high levels of user adoption and system utilization.
Identify and drive opportunities for automation and process improvement using the ERP system.
Provide technical support for Sage ERP related to configuration of company structures, accounting models, problem resolution, development.
Manage and maintain Sage X3 environments including production and testing.
Oversee management of SAP B1 Hana and Syspro ERP systems.
Experience with Sage X3, including system administration and module configuration, with a strong track record of success.
Proven leadership experience in ERP project management or ERP support team management.
Strong understanding of business processes in finance, manufacturing, project management or supply chain.
