ERP Manager

About the Opportunity
A leading IT services and enterprise software solutions player operating in the ERP & Digital Transformation sector. We deliver end-to-end ERP implementations, integrations, and optimisation services for finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and operations across India and international markets. This on-site leadership role will drive ERP delivery excellence, business process reengineering, and measurable ROI for enterprise customers.

Primary Job Title: ERP Manager

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP projects on-site: define scope, build delivery plans, manage budgets, and ensure on-time, high-quality go-lives.


• Translate business requirements into functional specifications; configure systems, define master-data strategy, and oversee data migration and validation.


• Design and execute integration strategies using APIs and middleware; manage customisations, extensions, and reporting requirements.


• Drive testing and cutover activities unit, integration, UAT and coordinate user training, change management, and hypercare support post go-live.


• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, IT and operations stakeholders to prioritise roadmaps, optimise business processes, and realise operational efficiencies.


• Establish governance, release management, vendor coordination, and documentation standards; mentor and develop functional consultants to scale delivery capability.
