Civil Supervisor

Job Purpose

To oversee and coordinate construction activities on-site, ensuring that all civil works are executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and safety norms within the specified timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the site.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and site engineers for smooth workflow.
• Allocate work to the workforce and ensure optimum utilization of resources.
• Maintain proper documentation of daily progress, manpower, and materials used.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and promote safe working practices.
• Check quality of materials received and workmanship at the site.
• Assist in resolving technical/site-related issues promptly.
• Coordinate inspections with consultants and clients as required.
• Report project progress, challenges, and requirements to the Project Manager.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
