Job Description

Job Purpose

To oversee and coordinate construction activities on-site, ensuring that all civil works are executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and safety norms within the specified timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the site.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and site engineers for smooth workflow.
Allocate work to the workforce and ensure optimum utilization of resources.
Maintain proper documentation of daily progress, manpower, and materials used.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and promote safe working practices.
Check quality of materials received and workmanship at the site.
Assist in resolving technical/site-related issues promptly.
Coordinate inspections with consultants and clients as required.
Report project progress, challenges, and requirements to the Project Manager.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
