Key Responsibilities
•
Own the end-to-end sales cycle – from qualifying inbound leads and identifying outbound opportunities to proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.
•
Drive sales for custom web and mobile apps, AI-powered platforms, cloud-native applications, and offshore development services.
•
Collaborate closely with our tech architects, UI/UX teams, and delivery heads to create tailored digital solutions that solve real client challenges.
•
Present Vriksha’s capabilities to Fortune 1000 clients, mid-size companies, and digital agencies, showcasing how we help them innovate faster.
•
Nurture long-term relationships with clients, stakeholders, and channel partners to unlock recurring revenue opportunities.
•
Understand each prospect’s business model, align solutions with their growth goals, and convert needs into executable strategies.
•
Respect and follow our internal CRM and sales process, maintaining pipeline hygiene and forecasting revenue projections accurately.
•
Take ownership of objections and convert them into meaningful conversations with confidence, empathy, and value.
•
Work hand-in-hand with our leadership and engineering teams to ensure client success at every touchpoint.
5+ years of proven experience in business development within IT services, SaaS, or custom software development firms.
•
Background in selling AI/ML solutions, mobile/web apps, cloud services, or enterprise tech platforms.
•
Exposure to working with global clients, system integrators, and remote project teams.
•
Strong consultative selling skills – able to dive deep into client pain points and propose value-centric digital roadmaps.
•
Exceptional verbal and written communication with proposal writing and presentation expertise.
•
A go-getter with a target-driven mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
•
Experience in selling to decision-makers across tech, product, and C-suite stakeholders.
•
Hands-on knowledge in managing long sales cycles and converting leads into multi-year contracts.
Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for building lasting business relationships.
•
Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and timelines with ease.
•
Familiarity with modern CRMs (like HubSpot or Zoho) and productivity tools.
•
Keen interest in new technologies like Generative AI, Agentic systems, cloud, and emerging tech stacks.
