Job Description: Process Associate (US Voice Process)
Position Details
Job Title: Process Associate (US Voice Process)
Location: OMR, Chennai
Shift: US Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST)
Experience Required: 2+ Years
Salary: Up to ₹30,000/month
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound cold calls and build relationships with prospective US clients
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to client acquisition
• Maintain CRM records and meet daily/weekly performance targets
• Collaborate with team members to refine strategies and improve outcomes
Candidate Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a US voice process role
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated individual
• Comfortable working in night shifts
