As an Enterprise Sales Specialist at LYFnGO Technologies, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the Healthcare SaaS sector. Your primary focus will be on engaging with healthcare providers, hospitals, and enterprise clients to offer innovative software solutions that enhance operational efficiency, patient care, and regulatory compliance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement strategic account plans to increase revenue from healthcare enterprises and hospital networks. - Identify, connect with, and establish relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, IT leaders, and clinical operations managers. - Conduct discovery calls, deliver presentations, facilitate product demos, and create tailored solution proposals for healthcare organizations. - Manage intricate sales cycles from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and regulatory standards. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams like product, marketing, and customer success to ensure exceptional customer experiences. - Maintain accurate forecasting, manage pipelines efficiently, and update CRM systems like Salesforce and HubSpot. - Keep abreast of healthcare industry trends, compliance mandates (e.g., HIPAA), and best practices in the SaaS domain. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in enterprise sales, particularly within Healthcare SaaS or healthcare technology. - Demonstrated success in surpassing sales targets in complex sales environments. - Profound understanding of healthcare operations, workflows, and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, EHRs). - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in working with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Microsoft Office Suite. - Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required. In addition to the stated qualifications, having knowledge of current healthcare industry trends such as value-based care, interoperability, and digital health, as well as familiarity with solution/consultative selling approaches, would be advantageous.,
