As a Business Development Manager focused on Training, your role will involve utilizing your strong communication skills, relationship management abilities, interpersonal skills, time management expertise, and high level of integrity and work ethics. You will be an integral part of the team, contributing fully, taking on responsibility, and being accountable as you approach tasks with a logical and analytical mindset. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying qualified sales opportunities within large enterprise accounts through client prospecting - Adding new clients to the existing client base - Conducting account mapping to identify influencers and decision-makers - Performing OEM wise account studies to understand customers" usage of OEM devices/products within organizations - Pinpointing decision-makers from various departments such as Learning & Development, Business Unit heads, Project Managers, and Team leads In this role, you will focus on: - Positioning OEM-related training solutions - Organizing and attending meetings with decision-makers - Presenting and discussing the company's offerings - Comprehending the client's needs - Representing the company in conferences and seminars - Generating training requirements for future pipelines - Collaborating with the operations team and internal trainers to prepare proposals Furthermore, you will be responsible for: - Working on vendor empanelment - Establishing new business relationships for corporate training programs and eLearning - Assisting in identifying high-end trainers, consultants, and business partners - Developing new business proposals for training programs - Planning and executing calendar and ad-hoc training programs - Coordinating evaluation calls with clients and trainers - Creating a detailed database of trainers for future assignments Additionally, you will: - Coordinate with the internal team and clients to arrange training logistics - Handle new leads - Build rapport with clients - Ensure that training sessions exceed client expectations by delivering quality and effective solutions consistently No additional details of the company were provided in the job description.,
