Role Summary

The Enterprise Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in leading direct B2B sales and managing the complete sales cycle from demand generation to deal closure. This role requires a high-performing sales professional with expertise in enterprise software, fintech, tax technology, HRMS, SaaS, and CRM solutions. The individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, building strong relationships with C-level executives, and consistently achieving ambitious revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the complete B2B sales cycle from prospecting to closing enterprise-level deals.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed established sales quotas, contributing to sustainable revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives for targeting high-value enterprise clients within fintech and tax technology sectors.
  • Build and foster strong relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers in large organizations.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations showcasing how Newgen DigitalWorks' solutions enhance tax, finance, and HR workflows.
  • Manage opportunities, forecasts, and pipeline effectively using CRM tools, ensuring accurate reporting and tracking of sales activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in fintech, tax technology, and HRMS to effectively position Newgen DigitalWorks’ solutions against competitors.


Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
  • 5–10 years of demonstrated experience in B2B enterprise sales, particularly in fintech, tax technology, HRMS, SaaS, CRM, or enterprise software.
  • Proven track record in lead generation, demand generation, deal negotiation, and successfully closing enterprise-scale deals.
  • Strong history of exceeding revenue targets and driving significant sales growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and enterprise sales tools.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence C-level executives.
