Job Description

Role Overview: At Gnani.ai, you will be part of a team that builds AI agents capable of thinking, speaking, and acting to automate customer interactions across voice, chat, and workflows. Trusted by 200+ customers, including Fortune 500 brands, our AI agents handle millions of voice interactions daily in various languages, ensuring real-world business impact through tasks like securing transactions, scaling support, and driving collections. Key Responsibilities: - Hunt and create opportunities in collaboration with the Inside sales team. - Act as the primary point of contact for customer account management. - Establish and nurture strong client relationships to drive revenue. - Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profits. - Develop relationships with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors. - Communicate progress on opportunity conversion and revenue targets to stakeholders. - Identify new business opportunities and work towards meeting sales quotas. - Track key account metrics and prepare detailed account plans. - Collaborate with pre-sales and inside sales teams to identify growth opportunities. - Assist in addressing challenging client requests or escalations. Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B/Enterprise software sales, with a focus on SaaS sales. - Experience in the Conversational AI domain is preferred. - Ability to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels. - Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot) and MS Office. - Track record of delivering client-focused solutions and managing multiple account opportunities. - Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. - Bachelor's degree or MBA. - Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment where self-motivated individuals thrive.,
