Job Description

As a candidate for the role of Account Manager in our company, you will play a crucial part in revenue generation by actively hunting for opportunities, establishing strong client relationships, and closing enterprise-level deals. Your responsibilities will include: - Hunting for opportunities in collaboration with the Inside sales team. - Acting as the primary point of contact for customer account management. - Cultivating enduring client relationships and negotiating contracts to drive profits. - Building trust with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors. - Providing clear updates on monthly/quarterly opportunity conversion and revenue targets. - Identifying new business prospects and suggesting enhancements to achieve sales quotas. - Monitoring key account metrics and preparing detailed Account plans for focused accounts. - Working with pre-sales & inside sales teams to identify and expand opportunities within the territory. - Assisting with challenging client requests or issue escalations when necessary. The ideal candidate for this position should possess: - A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B/Enterprise software sales, with a focus on SaaS sales. - Desirable experience in the Conversational AI domain. - Demonstrated experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or a similar role. - Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot) and MS Office, especially MS Excel. - Track record of delivering client-focused solutions and managing multiple account management opportunities simultaneously. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Bachelor's degree or MBA. - Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial work environment where self-motivated individuals excel.,
