Position: Business Development Executive Role: Full-time/ In-office Location: Bangalore About Us We at Airtribe are building a new-age upskilling platform focused on the intersection of expert-led education and community-based learning. Our course is for active learning instead of traditional learning patterns. We have live programs with workshop-style sessions, direct access to expert instructors access to a community with your peers, and regular feedback. We are currently offering courses to working professionals and in specific domains such as - Product and Tech. Our instructors and mentors are from top tech unicorns and decacorns like Gojek, Razorpay, Uber, Coinbase, Microsoft, Meta, Google and more. We are proud to have helped 5000+ learners in their upskilling journey. We are well-funded by prominent VCs and angels in India and the US, including Better Capital, 640 Ventures, Kunal Shah, and more. We are on a rapid growth path right now and growing more than double QoQ. Responsibilities Dive into engaging conversations with potential profiles, answering their questions and sharing all the exciting details about our programs to help them make informed choices. Follow up with leads on time, keeping the vibes positive throughout the admissions journey to boost those conversions. Build genuine relationships with prospects by understanding their educational dreams and guiding them to programs that match their aspirations. Capture insights during customer chats and share those golden nuggets with our marketing team to help shape future campaigns. Keep our internal systems in tip-top shape by maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all your interactions with prospects, ensuring seamless communication and progress tracking. Be ready to roll full-time, jumping into the admissions process and playing a key role in driving our company' s growth! Attend certain networking events in the office and outside, find potential prospects and build relationships. Dive more into consultative selling rather than pushing people for purchases. What you bring to the table Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must, enabling you to clearly articulate our value proposition and engage effectively with prospects. A demonstrated track record of success in business development, ideally within the product selling companies is preferred. The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both learners and internal stakeholders is key to this role. Confidence and competence in delivering impactful presentations and communicating the benefits of our programs. Able to work independently and thrive in a dynamic startup environment, demonstrating a strong sense of initiative and drive. Exceptional organizational abilities, with keen attention to detail in managing tasks and processes. Strategic and creative problem-solving skills, able to navigate challenges and find effective solutions in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, G-Sheets, and CRM tools, with the ability to manage records and data effectively. Profiles with prior experience or internship experience in Business Development and Sales domains will be considered.
