About the job:

Key responsibilities:

1. Connect with potential learners, answer queries, and communicate the value of programs
2. Help prospects make informed decisions by aligning their goals with relevant offerings
3. Follow up with leads promptly and maintain an engaging tone throughout the admissions journey
4. Establish meaningful connections by understanding learner aspirations and guiding them to suitable programs
5. Capture feedback during interactions and collaborate with the marketing team to improve campaigns
6. Maintain accurate records of interactions in internal systems for seamless communication and tracking
7. Represent the organization at networking events and foster connections with potential prospects
8. Focus on consultative solutions to meet learner needs rather than pushy sales tactics

Requirements:

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2. Proven track record in business development or sales (product selling experience is a plus)
3. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and internal teams
4. Confidence in delivering presentations and clearly explaining program benefits
5. Self-motivation and adaptability in a dynamic startup environment
6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
7. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and CRMs
8. Prior experience or internships in business development or sales is a bonus
