Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Recruiter with a proven track record in sales recruitment , preferably within a digital marketing or advertising setup . The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a high-performing sales team to drive business growth across digital services. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end recruitment for B2B/B2C sales roles including Sales Executives, Business Development Managers, Tele-Sales, and Account Managers. Work closely with internal stakeholders (Sales Heads, Directors) to understand hiring goals and role requirements. Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), referrals, databases, and social platforms. Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates through telephonic and in-person interviews. Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal panelists and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Stay updated on sales industry hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 4+ years of HR recruitment experience , with at least 2 years focused on sales hiring. Prior experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency, Startup, or Media company preferred. Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
