Program Manager Internship in Bangalore

About The Role

Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Support end-to-end cohort management - from onboarding to program completion
• Coordinate and schedule live workshops, masterclasses, and community events
• Be the primary point of contact for learners, ensuring smooth communication and quick query resolution
• Assist in the planning and execution of flagship events, webinars, and collaborations
• Maintain learner engagement through timely reminders, follow-ups, and feedback collection
• Work closely with internal teams (growth, content, tech) and external stakeholders (mentors, speakers)
• Ensure all program activities run on schedule and meet the quality bar
  

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and move fast with coordination tasks
• Ownership mindset - someone who treats learner success as their own
• Prior experience in event planning, operations, or community work is a plus
• Experience in organizing college events and fests is a plus.
