• As Community Lead, youll be at the center of this ecosystem. Youll craft programs that bring our learners, alumni, partners, and ambassadors closer - online and offline - creating an experience so valuable theyll want to keep coming back and invite others along. Youll work directly with our founders to set the vision, then roll up your sleeves to make it happen from strategy to on-the-ground execution.

What Youll Own

• Community Strategy & Execution Define the community vision across learners, alumni, and partners; own planning and execution across multiple programs.
• Engagement Loops Drive consistent engagement through events, discussions, challenges, and content (online groups, live sessions, meetups).
• Programs that Scale Launch and manage referral programs, ambassador programs, and alumni networks that generate tangible growth.
• Offline Presence Plan and host offline events, masterclasses, and networking meetups in Bangalore (occasional travel for other cities).
• Trendspotting Keep a strong pulse on tech, careers, and AI trends to spark meaningful conversations and keep the community relevant.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with learning, growth, operations, and content teams to deliver a cohesive community experience.
• Impact Tracking Measure success through engagement metrics (NPS, activity rates, referrals) and feedback loops - constantly iterating to improve.

Skills & Mindset You Bring

• Proven experience building and growing communities - bonus if in edtech, devtools, or creator-led ecosystems. Brownie points for ex-founders.
• Hybrid skillset: you can plan strategically and execute at speed.
• Excellent spoken & written communication; confident hosting live sessions and events.
• High ownership, self-starter mentality - you thrive in a build from scratch environment.
• Strong empathy and interpersonal skills - you know how to make people feel valued and included.
• Comfort with tech & AI tools to engage communities smarter, faster, and at scale.
