If you’re looking for a fast-paced, high-growth environment where you can learn and thrive, this is your chance! 🚀What You’ll Do💬 Lead Engagement & Consultative SellingConnect with potential learners, understand their aspirations, and help them make informed decisions.Build strong rapport and address any queries or concerns to guide them toward the right programs.📞 Pre-Sales & Lead ManagementEngage with inbound leads, follow up promptly, and nurture relationships to move them further in the sales pipeline.Ensure seamless communication and high conversion rates by providing a personalized experience to each prospect.🤝 Relationship Building & Sales ExposureDevelop meaningful connections with learners, becoming their trusted advisor rather than just a salesperson.Work closely with the sales and post-sales teams, getting exposure to the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure and retention.📋 Operational Excellence & Feedback SharingMaintain accurate records of interactions and updates in our CRM systems.Gather insights from conversations to improve marketing strategies and optimize the admissions process.🚀 Growth & Adaptability
