Process Associate

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute

  SMS campaigns

  using approved templates and tools
• Prepare and validate recipient data files in

  Microsoft Excel

• Use Excel functions such as

  VLOOKUP

  ,

  filtering

  ,

  pivot tables

  , and

  data validation

  to organize and clean data
• Coordinate with internal teams for content approval, template mapping, and escalation handling
• Maintain logs and reports of each campaign with performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with communication and data privacy standards (e.g., DND filtering, template regulations)

✅ Required Skills:

• Good working knowledge of

  Microsoft Excel

  (must be familiar with VLOOKUP, sorting, basic formulas)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with structured data
• Basic understanding of customer communication or SMS workflows is a plus
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

🎓 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BSc, etc.)
• 0–1 year of work experience (internships or academic projects in data/operations are a bonus)
