Description
As an Enterprise Sales Manager at Airtribe, you will play a crucial role in expanding the company's reach from B2C to B2B by selling Airtribe's learning programs to companies. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, building relationships with HR/L&D leaders, and driving end-to-end sales for upskilling partnerships. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and target companies that can benefit from Airtribe's learning programs - Reach out to HR, L&D, and tech leaders to pitch customized learning solutions - Build a pipeline of corporate accounts and manage the entire sales cycle - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnership structures - Work with internal teams to align on delivery timelines and learner outcomes - Track metrics such as number of outreach attempts, meetings booked, and conversions - Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to improve the B2B offering Qualifications Required: - 2 to 6 years of experience in B2B sales or corporate partnerships, ideally in edtech or HR-tech - Proven track record of selling to HR or L&D leaders in mid to large companies - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Comfortable managing long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders - Network in HR or L&D circles - Self-starter who can build processes from scratch If you have experience setting up the first B2B sales motion in a startup, actively experiment with AI tools, or have a passion for technology, education, and the future of work, it's a bonus.
