Enterprise Sales Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading 2Factors outbound sales motion, including lead generation, pitching, closing deals, and eventually establishing a sales team. This role is highly impactful and requires ownership, making it suitable for individuals who excel in a fast-paced B2B tech environment. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and generate enterprise leads through data research and prospecting tools. - Reach out to high-ticket clients, arrange discovery calls, and schedule meetings. - Tailor 2Factor solutions to address client pain points effectively. - Perform competitive analysis to enhance positioning strategies. - Manage the complete sales lifecycle, including outreach, proposals, negotiations, and onboarding. - Collaborate with internal teams to meet client requirements and ensure seamless delivery. - Upsell and cross-sell products or services as applicable. - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. - Contribute to sales strategy development and consistently achieve revenue targets. Qualifications Required: - 5-8 years of experience in B2B outbound/enterprise sales. - Proven track record in lead generation, client prospecting, and managing end-to-end sales cycles. - Proficient in communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management. - Familiarity with CRM systems and prospecting tools. - Background in SaaS, CPaaS, or tech/API products is preferred. - Bonus points for experience in on-field sales, exposure to startups, or building sales teams.,
