● Daily preparation and issue of sales invoices
● Performing bank reconciliations and ensuring alignment with books
● Tracking and reconciling TDS receivable from clients
● TDS working, calculation, and return filing
● GST working, monthly reconciliation, and return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
● Computation and payment of Advance Tax
● Handling Professional Tax (PT), PTEC, and PTRC filings and payments.
● Preparing monthly salary working in coordination with HR
● Processing payroll and ensuring timely disbursements
● Computing salary TDS and ensuring accurate deductions and filings
● Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
● 3+ years of experience in a similar accounting role.
● Prior experience in a CA firm is strongly preferred.
● Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting/tax software.
● Solid understanding of Indian tax laws (TDS, GST, PT, Advance Tax, etc.).
● Strong attention to detail, ownership, and adherence to deadlines.
