About the role: We are looking for a driven Outbound Sales & Partnerships person to lead 2Factor’s outbound motion—owning lead generation, pitching, closing, and eventually building a sales team. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced B2B tech environment. Roles & Responsibilities: ● Identify and generate enterprise leads using data research and prospecting tools. ● Understand client pain points and pitch tailored 2Factor solutions. ● Reach out to high-ticket clients, set up discovery calls, and schedule meetings. ● Conduct competitive analysis to refine positioning. ● Own the complete sales lifecycle – from outreach, proposals, and negotiations to onboarding. ● Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure smooth delivery. ● Upsell and cross-sell when relevant. ● Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships. ● Contribute to sales strategy and consistently achieve revenue targets. Ideal Candidate: ● 5–8 years in B2B outbound/enterprise sales. ● Proven experience in lead generation, client prospecting, and managing end-to-end sales cycles. ● Strong in communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management. ● Familiar with CRM and prospecting tools. ● Background in SaaS, CPaaS, or tech/API products preferred. ● Bonus: On-field sales, startup exposure, or experience building sales teams.
