About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our team. The role involves guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing detailed information about our courses, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience from the first inquiry to final enrollment. Key Responsibilities Counsel prospective students through phone calls, emails, online chats, and face-to-face meetings. Provide accurate information about courses, eligibility criteria, admission procedures, and career prospects. Maintain a high conversion rate from inquiry to enrollment through consistent follow-up and relationship building. Manage and update the student database using CRM tools. Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to ensure smooth communication of admission updates and campaign outcomes. Participate in education fairs, webinars, and other promotional activities as needed. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly admission targets. Handle student queries, concerns, and documentation efficiently. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Master’s preferred). 1–4 years of experience in counseling, student recruitment, or educational sales. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Good command of MS Office and CRM tools. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping students make informed decisions.
