Job Title:* Senior Technical Operations Executive
*Role Summary:*
This role combines *technical coordination* with telecom operators and *advanced MySQL scripting*. The candidate will manage network/firewall-related requirements and handle database tasks, data checks, and creating MySQL scripts to support our internal operations.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Coordinate with telecom operators for IP whitelisting, port opening, firewall rule updates, and connectivity validation.
* Share accurate technical details (IPs, ports, protocols) and track operator CRs.* Perform basic network checks (ping, traceroute, telnet) and report issues.* Maintain documentation of operator communication, network changes, and logs.* Write and execute *advanced MySQL queries* for data validation, reporting, and analysis.* Work with joins, subqueries, indexing, stored procedures, and optimization basics.* Support internal teams in troubleshooting and escalate issues promptly.
*Required Skills:*
* Good understanding of networking (IP addressing, ports, TCP/UDP, firewall basics).
* Knowledge of firewall rules, whitelisting, and NAT basics.* Strong *MySQL expertise*: complex queries, joins, indexing, stored procedures, performance checks.* Ability to handle Linux-based commands for basic diagnostics.* Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
*Good to Have:*
* *Python scripting* for automation tasks.
* Experience in telecom/SMSC or similar environments.
