About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with 4–5 years of hands-on experience to strengthen our digital performance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing growth-focused digital campaigns, analyzing performance data, and ensuring optimal ROI across digital channels. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Acting as a bridge between clients and internal teams for campaign strategy, execution, and reporting.
• Optimizing campaigns to achieve key performance indicators such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate.
• Managing ad budgets, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies across various platforms.
• Tracking and analyzing campaign analytics, then preparing detailed performance reports.
• Coordinating creatives, landing pages, and A/B testing processes for continuous improvement.
• Staying updated on emerging digital marketing trends and platform updates to drive innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Planning, executing, and monitoring end-to-end performance campaigns.
• Analyzing campaign data to identify insights and suggest optimization tactics.
• Managing client communication, strategy reviews, and performance evaluations.
• Preparing weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
• Ensuring timely and budget-compliant campaign delivery.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
