Performance Marketing Specialist

You’ll be responsible for driving growth, enhancing ROI, and delivering measurable business results through strategic campaign execution and constant optimization.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, execute, and manage

    performance marketing campaigns

    across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Facebook Ads (Meta suite), and other paid channels like Snapchat and affiliate platforms.
  2. Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs such as

    CPA, CPL, ROAS, CTR, and LTV

    .
  3. Regularly perform

    A/B testing

    , experiment with targeting strategies, and refine ad creatives to boost campaign effectiveness.
  4. Interpret performance data to generate actionable insights and continuous improvements.
  5. Collaborate closely with the account management and creative teams to build compelling, conversion-driven assets.
  6. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
  7. Manage budgets efficiently, ensuring cost-effective delivery without compromising on quality.
  8. Stay current with digital advertising trends, platform updates, and new tools or technologies in the performance marketing space.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  1. 4+ years of hands-on experience

    in performance marketing with a focus on

    Google Ads and Facebook Ads

    .
  2. Deep knowledge of campaign setup, audience targeting, budget management, remarketing, and bidding strategies on both platforms.
  3. Proficiency in tools like

    Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Google Tag Manager, Excel

    , and other reporting/optimization tools.
  4. Strong analytical thinking with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting insights and campaign results.
  6. Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to juggle multiple campaigns across various platforms.

    conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and attribution models
