The Operations executive is responsible for overseeing the efficient and organized management of stock, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely dispatch processes. This role involves leading the implementation of 5S standards and maintaining inventory accuracy, managing third-party logistics, and ensuring quality control across all operations. The position requires strong attention to detail and a proactive approach in managing the flow of goods, processing marketplace orders, and coordinating with stakeholders for smooth operations. Primary Responsibilities: Inward Stock Management: Maintain accurate records of stock inwards and outwards, update the stock sheet, and send the Goods Receipt Note (GRN) email to the accounts team and relevant stakeholders. Dispatching 3PL Stock Movement: Oversee the movement of stock for third-party logistics (3PL) dispatches. Updating inward & outward Sheet: Responsible for managing inward and outward sheets, maintaining documentation, and handling packing slips and dockets. Maintaining 5S Standards: Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and adheres to the 5S principles of workplace efficiency. Preparing Monthly Box Consumption Report: Prepare and submit a monthly report on packaging material usage, including detailed box consumption and the total consumption for the entire month. Weekly Cycle Count & Month-End Closing: Perform weekly cycle counts for stock accuracy (by SKU, rack, and aisle), and support the month-end closing process. Processing Marketplace Orders (B2C): Handle processing and quality control (QC) of marketplace orders, ensuring all orders meet quality standards. All Marketplace PO Processing & QC (B2B): Oversee the processing and QC of all marketplace purchase orders, utilizing the packing slip for order verification. Creating Dispatch Docket & PO Dispatch: Generate dockets and dispatch purchase orders based on the packing slip and PO tracker. Raising Issues for RTO/RTV Shipments: Monitor RTO/RTV (Return to Origin/Return to Vendor) shipments for B2B and B2C, and raise issues with the relevant stakeholders. Shelf Life Monitoring: Inform the Central team about products approaching their shelf life expiration in the warehouse, ensuring timely action is taken by following the FIFO (First In, First Out) method.

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Junior Accounts Executive to join our D2C beauty start-up team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of revenue-based finance, experience reconciling sales data, and previous experience working in D2C or e-commerce businesses would be preferred. Key Responsibilities: Manage the company's day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations. Manage B2B sales invoices, e-invoicing, branch invoicing, updating PO tracker and ensure accurate financial record-keeping Handle bank entries, expense entries, and purchase/sales entries for branches along Conduct sales reconciliation across the website and marketplace platforms Ensure compliance with accounting principles, tax laws, and regulatory requirements Liaise with the team to ensure data integrity and accurate financial reporting. Support the Senior Accountant with the validation and creation of invoices Collaborate with the Senior Accountant to identify and implement process improvements to optimize financial operations Assist Senior Accountant with the month-end and year-end closing processes. - Sole custodian of all Finance related work at the organization. - Develop and maintain financial models to forecast cash flow requirements, ensuring adequate working capital. - Assess the companys working capital needs and develop strategies to optimize cash flow, including managing debt vs equity capital. - Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory levels to ensure efficient cash conversion cycle. - Evaluate financing options and structures, including debt facilities and equity investments, to support working capital requirements. - Collaborate with external partners such as banks, investors, and financial advisors to negotiate favourable terms for financing arrangements - Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for management, investors, and other stakeholders. Specific responsibilities: - Lead a team that manages books of accounts using standard accounting software. - Create processes for statement reconciliation from various revenue sources including online sales. - Create Monthly, quarterly and annual P&L, cost analysis, profitability analysis and other important dashboards for the company. - Ensure statutory compliances such as GST, TDS and PF. - Ensure Company Act and shareholder agreement related compliance. - Create monthly budgets and revenue plans. - Analyse unit economics, profitability, revenue leakages and other financial metrics. - Prepare monthly MIS investor dashboards and presentations. - Prepare for audits and due diligence. - Create financial controls for various processes such as vendor payments. Reimbursements, voucher and record keeping, etc. - Ensure all banking transactions including the payout of salary, incentives, etc are carried out in a smooth and timely manner.
