Warehouse Executive

Job Overview:
The Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing the efficient and organizedmanagement of stock, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely dispatch processes.This role involves leading the implementation of 5S standards and maintaining inventoryaccuracy, managing third-party logistics, and ensuring quality control across all operations.The position requires strong attention to detail and a proactive approach in managing theflow of goods, processing marketplace orders, and coordinating with stakeholders forsmooth operations.

Primary Responsibilities:1. Inward Stock Management: Maintain accurate records of stock inwards andoutwards, update the stock sheet, and send the Goods Receipt Note (GRN) email tothe accounts team and relevant stakeholders.2. Dispatching 3PL Stock Movement: Oversee the movement of stock for third-partylogistics (3PL) dispatches.3. Updating inward & outward Sheet: Responsible for managing inward and outwardsheets, maintaining documentation, and handling packing slips and dockets.4. Maintaining 5S Standards: Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and adheresto the 5S principles of workplace efficiency.5. Preparing Monthly Box Consumption Report: Prepare and submit a monthly report onpackaging material usage, including detailed box consumption and the totalconsumption for the entire month.6. Weekly Cycle Count & Month-End Closing: Perform weekly cycle counts for stockaccuracy (by SKU, rack, and aisle), and support the month-end closing process7. Processing Marketplace Orders (B2C): Handle processing and quality control (QC)of marketplace orders, ensuring all orders meet quality standards.8. All Marketplace PO Processing & QC (B2B): Oversee the processing and QC of allmarketplace purchase orders, utilizing the packing slip for order verification.9. Creating Dispatch Docket & PO Dispatch: Generate dockets and dispatchpurchase orders based on the packing slip and PO tracker.10. Raising Issues for RTO/RTV Shipments: Monitor RTO/RTV (Return toOrigin/Return to Vendor) shipments for B2B and B2C, and raise issues with therelevant stakeholders.11. Shelf Life Monitoring: Inform the Central team about products approaching theirshelf life expiration in the warehouse, ensuring timely action is taken by following theFIFO (First In, First Out) method.

Requirements:1. 1-1.5 years of experience in warehouse operations.2. Experience in D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) operations is required.3. Proficiency in Unicom/Easycom and Excel is a must.4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.5. Ability to manage inventory accurately and efficiently.6. Experience with third-party logistics (3PL) and quality control processes.
