Role Overview We are seeking a driven D2C Shipping Sales Manager to lead customer acquisition for our shipping product. The role involves building relationships with brand founders and operators, structuring solution-driven pitches, and driving consistent order growth. The right candidate combines B2B sales experience with a deep understanding of the D2C ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Own the sales cycle for WareIQ’s shipping product from prospecting to closure Build and manage a strong pipeline of D2C brands across verticals such as fashion, books, home décor, corporate merchandise, and made-to-order products Run structured discovery calls to identify brand challenges Negotiate commercials and structure win–win contracts aligned to revenue and margin goals Ensure smooth handover to onboarding and operations teams for seamless customer experience post-sale Achieve monthly sales targets measured by daily orders onboarded Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to refine GTM strategy Requirements 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or business development Prior exposure to logistics, shipping, SaaS, or eCommerce brands preferred Demonstrated ability to run structured sales cycles and close mid-size accounts Strong business acumen with the ability to engage founders, COOs, and senior operators Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Self-starter who thrives in high-growth, target-driven environments What We Offer Opportunity to shape the growth of WareIQ’s shipping business, a high-priority vertical Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to influence product and GTM strategy Competitive salary with attractive performance-based incentives Fast-track career growth within WareIQ as the company scales

ROLE SUMMARY We seek a Product associate with strong analytical skills and product understanding to support product discovery, design, and development. You will conduct user research, engage stakeholders, and translate business requirements into actionable PRDs with user personas and user stories. The ideal candidate has excellent comprehension skills, curiosity about user behavior, and ability to collaborate with engineering teams. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. UX RESEARCH & USER DISCOVERY Conduct stakeholder interviews Create detailed user personas based on behavioral patterns, motivations, and pain points Map user journeys and identify friction points in current/new workflows Document current state workflows and design future state optimizations Analyze user behavior data and conduct competitive research 2. PRODUCT FORMULATION & STRATEGY Create comprehensive PRDs with detailed user stories and acceptance criteria Define product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives Develop product roadmaps with clear milestones and success metrics Prioritize features based on user value, business impact, and technical feasibility Create wireframes and user flow diagrams to communicate concepts 3.
