Appointment Setter

• Reach out to potential offshore clients to schedule meetings and generate leads for services such as

  E-commerce Solutions, Web Development & Design, SEO, and Content Services.

• Conduct outreach via

  cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, web research, and client referrals

  to qualify and pursue potential leads.
• Clearly communicate the value of our services based on the client's specific needs.
• Manage appointment pipelines and ensure follow-ups to keep momentum in the sales cycle.
• Understand client challenges and schedule the right team interaction to propose tailored solutions.
• Support the sales team in achieving business targets through consistent lead engagement.
• Maintain CRM/database and keep lead information organized and up-to-date.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation with business goals.

• Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline (Marketing/Sales/Business preferred).
• Freshers are welcome! Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in a similar role or a marketing agency will have an added advantage.
• Technical background (like BCA, BSc Computers, B.Tech Computers, or GNIIT) is a plus but not mandatory.

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of client behavior and an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Confident, enthusiastic, and motivated to exceed targets.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Able to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and scheduling software is a plus.
