We are expanding our sales operations and are looking for experienced appointment setters to support the growth of our automation, SaaS, and AI infrastructure offerings.
This role is 100% commission-based and suited for individuals who are confident in outbound prospecting and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for:
Outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, cold calling, or other channels
Identifying and qualifying decision-makers
Booking qualified sales appointments for high-ticket automation, SaaS, and infrastructure solutions
Maintaining basic lead tracking and follow-ups
This is strictly an appointment-setting role. Closing is handled internally.
Compensation
30% commission per closed deal
No cap on earnings
Commission paid on successful conversions
No base salary
This role is best suited for people who prefer results-based compensation over fixed pay.
