Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communication.
  • Lead campaign management across paid and organic channels, from creative development to execution and delivery.
  • Plan, manage, and schedule social media calendars across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.).
  • Monitor and manage online communities—responding to comments, queries, and engaging with audiences.
  • Strategize and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.) for growth and ROI.
  • Oversee boosting strategies and ensure effective media spend utilization.
  • Deliver performance reporting (daily/weekly/monthly) with actionable insights.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify opportunities for scaling accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal creative, strategy, and media teams for seamless delivery.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Track and communicate progress on monthly/quarterly initiatives to stakeholders.
  • Gather client feedback to refine strategies and improve results.
  • Identify and coordinate influencer partnerships and collaborations when required.



Skills & Competencies

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage client relationships.
  • Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, campaign boosting, and analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or native platform tools).
  • Knowledge of organic social strategies across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter).
  • Ability to conceptualize, brief, and review creative content for social media.
  • Community management skills—building brand presence and engagement.
  • Ability to translate client goals into measurable digital outcomes.
  • Strong organizational skills – able to juggle multiple accounts and deadlines.
  • Stress management and problem-solving ability in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Collaborative mindset – able to synergize with creative and media teams.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams positively.



Experience

  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in a digital or creative agency.
  • Proven experience managing paid media campaigns, boosting strategies, and organic social growth plans.
  • Exposure to client-facing roles, partnering with mid-to-senior level stakeholders.
  • Experience handling end-to-end social media management (calendars, content review, publishing, reporting).
  • Experience tracking campaign effectiveness and performance metrics.
  • Coordinating creative deliverables.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational excellence, and multitasking ability.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify business/brand challenges and provide solutions.
