Job Description

Job Title: Enterprise Sales Manager – CPaaS

Department: Enterprise Sales / Business Development

Reporting To: AVP – Enterprise Sales / VP – Business Growth

Job Summary:

The Enterprise Sales Manager – CPaaS will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and expanding enterprise-level clients by offering customized CPaaS (Communications Platform as a Service) solutions — including SMS, WhatsApp Business API, RCS, Voice, and Email communication services.

Key Responsibilities:

Enterprise Business Development

  • Identify and onboard large enterprise clients across BFSI, e-commerce, healthcare, logistics, retail, and other key sectors.
  • Generate qualified leads through market research, referrals, and corporate networking.
  • Develop tailored communication strategies for each client to align CPaaS offerings with business needs.
  • Manage end-to-end enterprise sales cycle — from lead generation to closure and post-deployment support coordination.

Solution Selling & Client Consultation

  • Conduct deep-dive requirement analysis and design appropriate CPaaS solutions.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and product teams to create proposals, demos, and proof of concepts (POCs).
  • Present technical and commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and close high-value enterprise deals.
  • Ensure complete understanding of client APIs, campaign requirements, and workflow automation.

Account Management & Growth

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key enterprise accounts.
  • Ensure client satisfaction, timely project execution, and service renewals.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across communication channels (SMS → WhatsApp → Voice → Email).
  • Build long-term strategic partnerships with enterprise customers.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Maintain an accurate and updated sales pipeline in CRM (Zoho).
  • Work closely with internal departments — technical, finance, and legal — for seamless client onboarding.
  • Prepare regular reports on pipeline progress, closures, and revenue forecasts.
