Leadership Responsibilities
- Own
full-stack architecture
and technical direction of the platform - Drive engineering best practices, standards, and long-term scalability
- Lead design and implementation of complex enterprise workflows
- Review code, mentor engineers, and elevate overall code quality
- Collaborate closely with founders on product, roadmap, and strategy
- Take ownership of production stability, performance, and security
Core Technical ResponsibilitiesArchitecture & Development
- Design and implement scalable, enterprise-grade features
- Architect AI content generation pipelines and approval workflows
- Build and maintain REST APIs using
Next.js API routes (TypeScript)
- Develop advanced React components with modern state management
- Implement real-time collaboration using
Socket.io
- Optimize performance across frontend, backend, and database layers
Enterprise Security & Governance
- Design and implement
Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
- Build
audit trails
for compliance and traceability - Implement multi-level approval and notification systems
- Secure authentication using
Clerk, JWT, OAuth flows
- Apply OWASP best practices, rate limiting, and CORS policies
AI & Integrations
- Integrate and optimize
OpenAI GPT-4, Anthropic Claude, LangChain
- Build AI agents for automated social media workflows
- Implement async job processing for AI tasks and scheduling
- Optimize AI usage with caching and cost controls
- Build and maintain social media platform integrations
Database & Infrastructure
- Design MongoDB schemas for enterprise multi-tenant systems
- Optimize indexing, aggregations, and query performance
- Implement data migrations and schema versioning
- Work with
AWS services (S3, SES)
and cloud storage - Build webhook systems for
Stripe billing and Clerk events
Required Experience & SkillsExperience

of professional software development experience5+ years
building full-stack applications with React & Node.js3+ years
leading or owning architecture for SaaS platforms- Proven experience with
enterprise or multi-tenant systems
- Experience taking products from build → scale → production
Frontend
- React 18+, advanced hooks and patterns
- Next.js (App Router, SSR/SSG, API routes, middleware)
- TypeScript (advanced typing, strict mode)
- Tailwind CSS and responsive UI design
- State management (Zustand / Redux)
Backend
- Node.js (async patterns, performance optimization)
- REST API design (GraphQL is a plus)
- MongoDB with Mongoose
- Authentication & authorization systems
- Event-driven and webhook-based architectures
AI & DevOps
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI / Claude APIs
- LangChain or similar orchestration frameworks
- Background job processing (Bull, Agenda, etc.)
- AWS fundamentals and Docker-based deployments
- Stripe billing, webhooks, and credit-based systems
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Experience as Tech Lead, Engineering Lead, or Founding Engineer
