About the Project

We’re building a modern ERP/CRM SaaS platform combining a Next.js frontend with a Python-based backend.

Our focus is on delivering a production-ready, scalable, and secure solution in 12 weeks for our first enterprise client.

Key Responsibilities

Extend and customize backend modules for Accounts, Projects, HR, and Admin workflows.

Build and integrate Next.js frontend with backend APIs.

Design secure REST APIs for data exchange.

Implement authentication, access control, and role-based permissions.

Optimize deployment using AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, CloudFront, Route 53).

Ensure scalability, data security, and SLA-grade reliability.

Prepare documentation, workflows, and system diagrams for client delivery.

Required Skills

✅ Backend:

Strong experience in Python, with exposure to ERP/CRM systems or backend frameworks (e.g., Django, FastAPI, or Frappe).

Good understanding of database schema design, user permissions, and API development.

✅ Frontend:

Solid experience in Next.js (13/14) and React ecosystem.

Experience integrating APIs into modular and responsive UI components.

Familiarity with TailwindCSS / Material UI and form builders.

✅ DevOps / Cloud:

Hands-on experience deploying apps on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Route 53, CloudFront).

Knowledge of Docker, Nginx, and CI/CD pipelines.

✅ General:

Ability to work independently and deliver under tight timelines.

Strong debugging and documentation habits.

Preferred Experience

Built ERP/CRM, internal tools, or SaaS dashboards before.

Experience with open-source ERP frameworks (like Frappe, ERPNext, or Odoo).

• Understanding of data security, uptime SLAs, and multi-tenant architecture.
