Full Stack Tech Lead

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers throughout the software lifecycle design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Architect and design scalable, secure, and maintainable full-stack solutions using .NET, C#, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure best engineering practices across teams.
• Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and delivery timelines.
• Oversee seamless integration of backend APIs, frontend UI, and third-party services.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, version control, environment configurations, and deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide the team toward effective resolution.
• Promote innovation, technical excellence, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluation of engineering staff.
• Stay updated with new .NET frameworks, cloud capabilities, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development using

  .NET / .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API

  .
• 3+ years of experience in a technical leadership or team lead role.
• Strong proficiency in

  C#, .NET Core, Entity Framework, LINQ, RESTful APIs

  .
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as

  Angular, React, or Vue.js

• Strong understanding of

  software architecture, SOLID principles, design patterns

  , and clean code practices.
• Experience with

  SQL Server

  and exposure to NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with

  Azure / AWS

• Experience managing
