Full Stack Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and development of scalable web applications.
• Drive cloud-native development using

  GCP or Azure

  , including container orchestration with

  Kubernetes

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Apply design patterns and architectural principles to ensure maintainability and scalability.
• Mentor and guide development teams, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize application responsiveness and reliability.

Technical Skills Required:

• Backend:

  .NET Core, C#, RESTful APIs, Entity Framework

• Frontend:

  React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, Redux, HTML5, CSS3

• Cloud Platforms:

  Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Microsoft Azure

• DevOps & Containers:

  Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)

• Architecture:

  Microservices, Event-driven architecture, API Gateway

• Design Patterns:

  MVC, Repository, Singleton, Factory, Dependency Injection

• Databases:

  SQL Server, MongoDB, Cosmos DB

• Version Control:

  Git, GitHub/GitLab

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in full-stack development with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in cloud-native application development and deployment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
