Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant

You will be an experienced Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant specializing in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL). Your primary responsibility will involve designing, implementing, configuring, and supporting OTL functionalities within the Oracle HCM Cloud suite. It is essential for you to possess a comprehensive understanding of both functional business processes and technical capabilities required for building Fast formulas. Your duties will include gathering business requirements and effectively translating them into functional and technical specifications. Additionally, you will design and develop solutions, which may involve writing simple OTL fast formulas. You will be responsible for completing Functional User Testing and actively participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and deployment activities. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in providing continual production support and implementing enhancements to ensure the smooth functioning of the Oracle HCM Cloud suite.
