Must-Have Skills : - 7+ years with Oracle Fusion HCM; 5+ years hands-on OTL configuration. - Strong knowledge of time entry profiles, time processing profiles, time rules, HCM groups, and approval workflows. - Experience with Fast Formulas (OTL/Payroll), HDL, and OTBI for time reports. - Integration exposure (HCM Extracts, HDL, REST APIs) and issue triage across OTL/Absence/Payroll. - Excellent communication and documentation skills. Nice to Have : - Experience with project costing or manufacturing time capture. - Knowledge of time devices (Kronos/UKG, TCP, etc.) and file/API integrations. - Oracle certifications (Fusion HCM/Payroll/OTL).
