Full Stack Tech Lead

As a Full Stack Technical Lead with 10+ years of experience in designing and delivering enterprise applications, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable applications on Azure. - Drive full stack development using C#, .NET Core, Web APIs, SQL Server, and Mongo DB. - Build modern, responsive UIs using Angular or React with TypeScript/JavaScript. - Implement CI/CD pipelines, DevOps best practices, and cloud-native architectures. - Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce engineering best practices. - Collaborate with stakeholders to manage scope, timelines, and delivery. To excel in this role, you must possess the following required skills: - Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, REST APIs, and Entity Framework. - Front-end experience with Angular or React. - Hands-on knowledge of Azure services such as Functions, App Services, Service Bus, Azure SQL, Mongo DB, and Blob Storage. - Solid understanding of Microservices, Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. - Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
