Job Description

Role Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Tech Lead with deep expertise in Java (Spring Boot), front-end frameworks like Angular or React are plus, and a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience with any of the AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, or Amazon Q, enabling faster, smarter, and more efficient software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Development of scalable full-stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) and Angular/React.
Define and enforce best practices across the SDLC, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Integrate AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, Amazon Q) to accelerate coding, debugging, and documentation.
Ensure high performance, security, and maintainability of applications.
Mentor development teams and teach new ways of working with AI powered tools
Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience as a Full Stack Tech lead.
Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and front-end frameworks like Angular or React are plus.
Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
Experience with AI development tools: GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, Amazon Q.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, skills.
