Full Stack Tech Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Tech Lead proficient in Next.js and Node.js to become part of our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in full-stack JavaScript development, exceptional leadership qualities, and a track record of managing development teams effectively. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around designing and building high-performance web applications, ensuring adherence to best practices, and guiding a team of developers. You will take charge of leading and mentoring a group of MERN stack developers. Your tasks will include crafting scalable and high-performance web applications utilizing MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Furthermore, you will leverage Next.js for server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and performance enhancements. Developing and optimizing APIs using Node.js and Express.js will also be a key aspect of your role. Maintaining high-quality code standards by enforcing coding practices, conducting code reviews, and implementing best practices will be essential. Collaboration with various teams such as UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers will also be a regular part of your responsibilities. Additionally, implementing and upholding security best practices, authentication mechanisms, and authorization protocols will be crucial. You will be involved in managing deployment processes using CI/CD pipelines and cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Troubleshooting and optimizing performance-related issues for web applications will also fall under your purview. Staying abreast of the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the industry will be vital for your professional growth. Key Requirements: - 5+ years of hands-on experience in MERN Stack development. - Proficiency in Next.js and Node.js. - Experience with TypeScript is advantageous. - Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL. - Proficient in database design and management using MongoDB. - Hands-on experience with state management libraries like Redux, Context API, Recoil. - Solid comprehension of server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) with Next.js. - Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms is beneficial. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. - Strong leadership and team management capabilities. - Previous experience managing a team of at least 5 members. - Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.,
