Role Overview

Principal Full Stack Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Architect full-stack solutions using

  Frappe Framework, Python backend, and modern front-end (React/JS)

  .
• Design scalable, cloud-native ERP infrastructure on

  AWS

  .
• Lead technical decision-making, code reviews, and performance optimization.

Product & ERP Focus

• Build and customize ERP modules (Finance, HR, Sales, Manufacturing, Projects, Compliance).
• Implement DocTypes, workflows, server scripts, APIs, and automation triggers.
• Integrate AI capabilities (LLMs, conversational bots, intelligent approval flows, predictive analytics).

Innovation & Ownership

• Drive AI adoption within ERP workflows using OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or LangChain.
• Implement multi-tenant SaaS architecture and role-based security.
• Own the full product lifecycle from architecture to deployment.

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or principal role
• Proven track record in ERP product companies or ERP customization/implementation
• Experience building multi-tenant SaaS platforms
• Knowledge of performance optimization and distributed systems
• Prior startup or founding team experience is a strong plus
