Vice President (Frappe / ERPNext Engineering)

You’ll lead the Frappe engineering team, design scalable multi-tenant systems, and drive technical innovation aligned with our AI-driven roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Architect and scale ERP systems built on

  Frappe Framework

• Define the

  and ensure system scalability, performance, and modularity.
• Build custom Frappe apps and services integrating with

  AI/ML APIs

• Lead and oversee

• Ensure robust

Team Leadership

• Build and lead the

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, including

  3+ years in Frappe / ERPNext leadership or architecture

  roles.
• Proven experience designing

  multi-tenant, scalable ERP systems

  Python, Vue.js, Redis, and MariaDB

• Deep understanding of

  Frappe Framework internals
