He will monitor contractor activities,coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure that work is completed according to design, budget,schedule, and quality standards
- Represent the client's interests during all phases of civil construction projects.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Monitor and inspect construction activities to ensure compliance with design, codes,
and quality standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and local authorities to resolve issues.
- Track project progress and provide regular reports to the client and internal management.
- Assess and validate contractor work progress and recommend payment approvals.
- Participate in site meetings and report on technical and schedule matters.
- Ensure safety, health, and environmental standards are maintained on-site.
- Identify project risks and propose mitigations to avoid cost or time overruns.
- Assist with change orders, claims analysis, and dispute resolution.
- Maintain thorough project documentation and support handover and commissioning
processes
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Educational Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Possess 5–8 years of experience in site execution, site monitoring, quality checks, and have a
strong understanding of testing procedures.
- Proficient in Project Planning Tools such as Microsoft Project (MSP) with a minimum of 2 years
of hands-on project planning experience.
- Oversee and monitor site execution activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality
standards, and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and ensure all site works comply with technical
specifications and approved drawings.
- Demonstrate hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP Business One, for project
tracking, procurement, and reporting.
- Apply project management skills including project planning, scheduling, resource allocation,
time management and risk management.
- Exhibit strong strategic planning, risk management, and change management capabilities to
drive project success.
- Possess excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to manage teams and
resolve on-site issues efficiently.
- Experienced in conflict resolution and maintaining coordination among multidisciplinary teams.
- Have relevant experience in civil foundation works, particularly associated with Security
Integration and Gate Management System projects.
