Key Responsibilities Website Management & Optimization : β Manage and optimize website performance, user experience, and conversion funnels β Implement and maintain SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility β Drive traffic-to-lead conversion optimization through A/B testing and data analysis β Coordinate app adoption initiatives for website leads β Oversee website maintenance, updates, and new feature launches Mobile Application Management : β Lead mobile app maintenance, performance monitoring, and user experience optimization β Drive user engagement strategies and in-app communication campaigns β Manage bug identification, reporting, and resolution processes β Coordinate with development teams for new feature implementations β Monitor app store optimization (ASO) and user ratings/reviews Product Development & Coordination : β Collaborate with Tech & Product teams to conceptualize and develop new features β Create detailed product requirements and user stories for development teams Analytics & Performance Management : β Monitor and analyze user behavior, engagement metrics, and conversion rates β Generate actionable insights from data to drive product decisions β Track KPIs related to user acquisition, retention, and lifetime value β Create regular performance reports for stakeholders User Engagement & Communication : β Design and execute in-app communication strategies to boost user engagement β Manage push notification campaigns and other marketing communications β Develop user onboarding flows and retention strategies β Monitor user feedback and implement improvements based on insights Required Tools & Technologies : β Agility & Wistia - Content & Video CMS platforms β MoEngage - Customer engagement and retention platform β Firebase - App development platform and analytics β Mixpanel - Product analytics and user behavior tracking β Google analytics & Microsoft Required Qualifications Education & Experience: β Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field β 2-5 years of experience in digital product management, preferably in edtech or tech companies β Proven track record in website and mobile app management Key Performance Indicators : β Website traffic growth and lead conversion rates β Mobile app user engagement and retention metrics β Feature adoption rates and user satisfaction scores β SEO performance improvements β Product launch success rates and timeline adherence Show more Show less
