Job Description

Key Responsibilities Website Management & Optimization : ● Manage and optimize website performance, user experience, and conversion funnels ● Implement and maintain SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility ● Drive traffic-to-lead conversion optimization through A/B testing and data analysis ● Coordinate app adoption initiatives for website leads ● Oversee website maintenance, updates, and new feature launches Mobile Application Management : ● Lead mobile app maintenance, performance monitoring, and user experience optimization ● Drive user engagement strategies and in-app communication campaigns ● Manage bug identification, reporting, and resolution processes ● Coordinate with development teams for new feature implementations ● Monitor app store optimization (ASO) and user ratings/reviews Product Development & Coordination : ● Collaborate with Tech & Product teams to conceptualize and develop new features ● Create detailed product requirements and user stories for development teams Analytics & Performance Management : ● Monitor and analyze user behavior, engagement metrics, and conversion rates ● Generate actionable insights from data to drive product decisions ● Track KPIs related to user acquisition, retention, and lifetime value ● Create regular performance reports for stakeholders User Engagement & Communication : ● Design and execute in-app communication strategies to boost user engagement ● Manage push notification campaigns and other marketing communications ● Develop user onboarding flows and retention strategies ● Monitor user feedback and implement improvements based on insights Required Tools & Technologies : ● Agility & Wistia - Content & Video CMS platforms ● MoEngage - Customer engagement and retention platform ● Firebase - App development platform and analytics ● Mixpanel - Product analytics and user behavior tracking ● Google analytics & Microsoft Required Qualifications Education & Experience: ● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field ● 2-5 years of experience in digital product management, preferably in edtech or tech companies ● Proven track record in website and mobile app management Key Performance Indicators : ● Website traffic growth and lead conversion rates ● Mobile app user engagement and retention metrics ● Feature adoption rates and user satisfaction scores ● SEO performance improvements ● Product launch success rates and timeline adherence Show more Show less
